Remember
It is wise to remember that you are one of those who can be fooled some of the time.

The Home Hearth
So I'm thinking about home and family and I'm realizing that my home is where my favorite memories are, and it runs both ways. My greatest creation is my children who add so much to my life. And when I reflect on the past I find I am still living on the sunshine of my childhood with my brothers and sisters. In a home and family, your joys are multiplied and your griefs divided. I miss my dad but I feel his influence in my life. He taught me that sometimes the poorest man leaves his children the richest inheritance. My family is my richest inheritance. And in our family we have a lot of harmony going on because not many of us sing the same note. Some of us march to a different drummer and some of us polka. Life is short and what has been will never be again, but we have the opportunity of gladdening the hearts of those who travel the way with us. One kind word can warm three winter months for most of us. We find we are made kind by being kind and that to love is the only true adventure in life. Helen Keller said "Life is a daring adventure or nothing." We don't remember days; we remember moments, the moments may be temporary but the memory is forever. Thanks for the wonderful memories, they are the roses in December.
